In the event a cancellation is made less than 14 days in advance, we will do our best to book you at a later date using your funds as a credit. Dates are subject to availability.
DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Waterhouse Rentals requires a $2,000 hold to be placed on the renters card 1 day prior to check-in. This is not a charge, but a pre-authorization. The pre-authorization will automatically be reversed after check-out unless an amount is needed from that to cover damages. Any charges for damages will be communicated clearly with the renter prior to being assessed.
