We hope you enjoy our home on the water as much as we do. Beautiful water-front property with your very own private boat Dock that hosts up to a 59’ boat. Enjoy views of the Cays waterways from the Master bedroom and the entire downstairs area along with soft sea breezes or simply walk across the street to one of California’s prettiest beaches on the famous Coronado Island and catch some surf. Enjoy a cold drink in the Jacuzzi while watching incredible sunsets, or simply head to downtown Coronado for some of California’s best dining in the Safest, Cleanest city in California. The house has undergone new flooring upgrades, a master bath and downstairs bath remodel. Unfortunately, the kitchen, guest bath and exterior does show her age, and thanks to the salt air mother nature adds to her “patina charm”. Even with her blemishes we tried to make the home feel like a vacation from the minute you enter the house. Contemporary furniture, multiple TV’s, pool table, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit, jacuzzi and all on the water, it’s hard to beat. 2 car garage, 2 bikes, 2 Kayaks and street parking.
