Every room in the house enjoys tranquil bay views, bringing the calm of the water indoors. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space on the first floor includes large picture windows, a 55-inch TV with soundbar and Wii gaming system, and direct access to a screened porch with rocking chairs, a porch swing, and a dining table for six--perfect for sipping your morning coffee as the sun rises over the bay.
The well-equipped kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats three, while the adjacent dining table seats eight--ideal for coastal meals or game nights. Outside, the screened private pool (heated for a fee of $400 per week) overlooks the bay and is just steps from a private sandy path leading to the shore.
