Loud and Unnecessary Noises (Marin County Code 6.70.030): Quite Hours are between 8 pm and 8 am:
• No operation of any noise generating instrument (e.g. television, radio, loudspeaker, musical instrument) that generates noise audible 50 yards from the building.
• No yelling, shouting, whistling, or singing on public roads.
• No parties or events
Garbage (Marin County Code 7.00.020): Garbage placed outside shall be in a suitable covered container.
Parking (Marin County Code 24.04.340 & 24.04.380): If you have a car, please feel free to park on the left side (looking at the house from the street) of the driveway. Please only park one vehicle in front of the house, if you have a second vehicle, there is plenty of street parking down the street a little way where the double lane road begins.

Please turn off the overhead bed lighting before putting up the folding murphy bed.
Please use placemats and coasters on wooden surfaces.
Please squeegee the shower after each use (this helps keep the cleaning fee low)
Please note, the breaker panel for the entire property is in the kitchen pantry. On the off chance, you may need to switch a breaker on the breaker box (Most likely #: 5/Kitchen's).
Cleaning: Once done with your stay, please clean up after yourselves. Thoroughly wash your dishes and put them away when dry. Wipe down surfaces with supplied cleaners under the kitchen sink. Remove dirty sheets and place them on the bed in a pile with the used towels. Please vacuum after your stay (vacuum located in the closet). Please notify me if you would like to pay extra for full-service cleaning (which would include the above).

You could try the ride sharing apps: Lyft (try promo code: JTC88870) and/or Uber...you will have your own private car drop you off directly. ~$65
You could jump onto the, "Marin Airporter" shuttle bus, I think about $25...the stop you want is Seminary Drive. They can have a taxi ready for you when they drop you off.

You could jump onto the, "Marin Airporter" shuttle bus ~$25...you can take a taxi to the pick up spot: Seminary Drive right next to the freeway. Takes approximately 45 minutes.
Rented vehicle: Rental companies change a VERY HEFTY fee for bridge tolls if processed through them. Please note that the Golden Gate Bridge quite recently switched to a "no cash" toll payment system. Tolls only apply when going INTO San Francisco...This is direct from their website, "One-Time Payments can be made up to 30 days before or within 48 hours after crossing the Golden Gate Bridge and can be made using a credit card, cash, check, or money order. There are no extra fees when you make a One-Time Payment. Online using a credit card." So try paying for the toll BEFORE you drive over the Golden Gate (or any Bay Area) bridge.
