Positive: Location great - picturesque quiet residential area but still only a short walk to 'the buzz' and everything in town. Unit very quiet and comfortable had everything needed for stay (we even cooked a couple nights for low key relaxing). All smooth with arriving and leaving etc. Fantastic that building is right on the beach - enjoyed a couple amazing early morning sunrises on the deck with a nice coffee!
Summary: Would definitely stay again.
