Positive: We liked the location and that it had been updated. We liked that it had 5 bedrooms, a big kitchen, a huge dining room table, good sized living room and the extra recreation room with the ping pong table. We liked that it had lots of space to move about. We also liked the beautiful back yard with the large fire pit.
Negative: Safety: Although this property has been updated throughout, the floors felt very uneven everywhere, especially upstairs. They obviously weren’t leveled before the new flooring went down. In addition, there is a small step down to the kitchen which you had to be very careful around (tripping/falling hazard). The only other kind of safety issue we had was the slightly loose banister at the top of stairs. WiFi/Internet/Cable: We never had Internet or cable for the whole week we were there. Management was slow to respond to this issue. Management tried problem solving by replacing the modem but that didn’t work. Management promised to send a cable tech out but that never happened. Management dropped off a T-Mobile Hot Spot on Wednesday and we finally had Wi/Fi. If it weren’t for one of our tech savvy friends we wouldn’t have had some tv channels via his laptop all week. This problem was extra frustrating as we had a few virtual workers with us and we felt like it wasn’t being treated as a priority by management.
Summary: This beautiful, updated property worked out great for our large group.
