Located on the beautiful waters of Pages Creek, where you can kayak, paddle-board, , fish and swim as you view the Intracoastal Waterway and Figure Eight Island.
***If you want to rent a boat you can at the marina located one street over. Entropy boat rentals.
NO space to dock a boat.
The property is located on a half acre of land with private pier and floating dock to sit out on. There are no boat slips available to dock a boat or to store one. If you want to rent a boat please visit entropy boat rentals next door. The rent daily and weekly.
Come enjoy your time viewing amazing sunrises and sunsets while taking in the wildlife from the 2 decks on the dock. Fishing off the pier and scaling station on the dock.
The house is located 7 miles from Wrightsville Beach boat ramp, Mayfaire Towne Center, IMAX and groceries (3 miles) downtown Wilmington and the airport (10 miles) and only a 1/2 to a few nautical miles to Figure Eight Island bridge, Mason's Inlet and dining by the waterway restaurants.
***The house has a pier with a long boardwalk, suspended deck with fish scaling station as well as a floating dock. You can rent 2paddle boards or kayak located at the house.
If swimming off the dock do so at your own risk. Be advised that the swim ladder is locked so to liability reasons.
(Please respect our personal boats that are moored on the dock by keeping your personal items on the pier or deck. Thank you!).
There is a second house on the property that is rented year round. The tenant will not impose.

For your dog, we have a Fenced in side yard. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. I We require a copy of current vet record plus flea and tick preventative documentation. May consider more than 1 dog with all requirements above being met. Certain breeds are restricted. North Carolina leash laws do apply. Please abide by them and keep your pets on a leash at all times, while outside. Unless your inquiry states that there is a pet, and I have agreed and received required documents/payment, the contract will be a NO PET contract. Please no pets on furniture or on beds.
Failure to disclose a pet will result in deposit and loss of booking.
Inside Accommodations: Spacious open plan between the living and kitchen area provides the perfect entertaining space and enables you to enjoy the beauty of the creek while inside. Towels and Linens provided upon request.
