This free-standing condo in Allerton Village is a two bedroom, two bath end unit equipped with central A/C for your comfort, and located just a half mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail! The Primary bedroom features a queen sized bed, TV, and private en-suite bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds and is adjacent to the second full bath in hallway. The kitchen features quartz countertops and offers all the amenities of home, including electric stove, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Sliding doors from the living room lead to a spacious furnished patio. The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings and cable TV. Additional amenities include washer/dryer, charcoal grill, and WIFI internet.
The Resort is located between Route 6A/Main Street and Route 137.
