Casa Massaranduba is a space of 135 m2 on a plot of 1. 000m2 designed to experience the tranquility and comfort offered by a Brazilian style tropical wood construction. Located in the highest area of the urbanization "Mas Trader" from where you can enjoy spectacular sea views. Charming house, cozy and unique, its location at the end of the street (you can only continue on foot connecting with the Mediterranean forest of leafy pine trees) completely eliminates the traffic of vehicles and brings an intimacy and silence that invite to be outside in its different porches ..
Spacious dining room / diaphanous room with ceilings over 4.5 meters high creating a fresh and natural environment without the need for air conditioning. The 150 m2 built allow a comfortable stay to all its occupants. The total farm is 1 000 m2 of land.
