*LOUNGE + DINING*
Our super comfortable and squishy sofa is perfect to kick off your shoes and relax, the lounge area has plenty of space watch TV, select a book or simply doze on the sofa. We even have a guitar, novels and inspirational interior decor & home cooking books for your use. The large dining table provides a great space to enjoy a home cooked meal, breakfast or set-up a laptop and catch up on a few emails.
*BEDROOM*
The double bedroom has ample storage space and a comfortable double bed with luxury sheets and linens. We do provide a cot (no linen is supplied for the cot). If you like to wake up in the morning and catch up with the news you can switch on the bedroom TV.
*KITCHEN*
In the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to make a coffee, cook up a delicious meal using our herbs and spices or just turn on the microwave. The kitchen has a concrete finishes and is a real showpiece. It has a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. We love food and homecooking so we have the kitchen set up with plenty of pots and pans, a 5 ring gas hob and a SMEG oven. We also have a few recipe books in case you need some inspiration.

*BATHROOM*
Then the bathroom, well if you love to relax and enjoy pampering this space is a wonderful sanctuary. A walk in shower PLUS a bath tub which takes two - the whole ambience of this room is so relaxing and we recommend you build sometime in your stay to run the bath, pour a glass of wine and take some 'me' time.
*UTILITY*
There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and the hoover. Not that we expect you to be hoovering but if you have a spill it's always good to know where things are!
*OUTSIDE COURTYARD GARDEN*
Straight off the kitchen you can step into the small courtyard for al fresco dining or a morning coffee. The courtyard is solely for your use, with steps up to a communal garden space used by other people in the block.

Cliftonville is described by Time Out as the 8th Coolest Place in the World. Northdown Road (1 min walk) is the Cliftonville centre with a plethora of interesting antique stores, reclaimed furniture, new furniture, eclectic art shops, great cafes catering for all.
Our favourites cafes are Skinny Dip (amazing coffee) and Cliffs (interesting art decor/music store/hairdressers/fab food and coffee vibe!).
We'd recommend you check out the Cliftonville Market and take afternoon tea at Walpole Bay Hotel (10 minutes) walk. If you enjoy sea swimming the Walpole Bay tidal pool is one of the largest in the country and provides a safe swim area throughout the year. The sandy beaches of Margate go on for miles and miles.
Limited free on street parking & on surrounding streets. There is a car park on the street towards Northdown Road. Northdown Road is also paid parking.
Bus stop on Northdown Rd and takes you into Margate town and around the Thanet area. Margate train station is approx 2 miles from the property
Steep steps down to the apartment front door - once in the apartment it is all on one level.
The apartment front door steps into an enclosed inside/outside porch, when heavy rain falls there can be small water ingress in this area. The area is totally separate from the main apartment and does not affect the enjoyment of the apartment.
