The condo is located in a serene resort style community, surrounded by greenery and a beautifully manicured golf course. The neighborhood is very peaceful and has an upscale atmosphere, perfect for those looking to relax and enjoy nature. The condo is nestled back in the golf course of Sawmill Creek. The condo has an open floor plan. There are two private king bedroom suites on the first floor of the condo along with two full bathrooms. The loft area has a queen bed and it is an open space with no private door. The living room has a queen pull out sofa bed. The condo has a washer and dryer for guests to use. Guests can enjoy and relax on the patio in the backyard while gazing into the golf course that surrounds the back of the condo.
The condo has a garage right across from it. Guests can use the garage to store kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, and bikes.
