You must see this stunning like new 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom open floor villa. Located in the highly desirable Gated/Guarded Resort Style Community of Naples Reserve. Just minutes from beautiful Marco Island and Naples beaches, restaurants and shops. The house has been furnished with brand new contemporary costal style furniture. Master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the Den (has been converted to 3rd bedroom) is furnished with nice appointed 3 twin size beds. The master bathroom has a her and his sink with oversized shower that includes rainfall shower head. 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The living room has a queen size pullout sofa. All bedrooms and living room have TV's. In the pantry you will find all of your cooking gadgets and needs. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer and sink. The back yard features an oversized lanai with a brand new inground heated pool with LED lights and bubbler (we are in the process of purchasing high end patio furniture and grill). The villa has an attached 2 1/2 car garage. During your stay you will be able to use our golf cart, electric scooters, bicycles, and etc.. You will also find everything you need for your beach and pool adventures (beach chairs, umbrella, backpack cooler, beach toys, pool toys, towels, and etc..). The house also includes high speed WiFi connection.
