Positive: Location. Quiet. Beauty. Deer. Walking paths. House has great bones. Close to Sunriver Village. With a small investment the house could be stellar.
Negative: No A/c(will not stay here again because of this). Dining table broken, kitchen cupboard broken, curtains and bedcovers threadbare. Couch needs cleaning. Welcome mats completely worn. Could not get dishwasher to work. Smoke from fires was toxic.
Summary: Very restful trip.
