**Pool heating is $150per night. Must request 72 hours prior of arrival for pool to reach temp.**
**Please do not touch Pool equipment any damage done will result in fees $100-$2000.*
*Check in is any time after 4pm and check out is at 10am. We do offer an option to check out/in for additional fee of $50 per hour (IF ITS AVAILABLE).

Summary: The house was great for our group of 10 and the host (Erica) responded quickly when I had questions. The jacuzzi was not very warm so we didn't use it and the heated pool unfortunately cools down quickly in February. (125 per day to heat the pool SHOULD keep the pool warm 24hrs/day, but that was not the case) The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of chairs for everyone to sit at the tables to eat, and we were able to cook dinners easily in the spacious kitchen. Aside from the pool temperature, everyone enjoyed their stay and thought the house was great.
