Summary: As a digital nomad who has to have a good workspace, this is an ideal spot with a wonderful workspace. The wifi is a bit patchy at times, but still enough to complete most tasks. Also, you are right near a 7/11 for snacks and the room has a fridge as well--uber convenient. The only downside is the location is apparently next to a basement club and it can get very noisy in the middle of the night--1-2 AM across the street. Also, the walls are quite then but all guests were very quiet overall during my two-night, three day stay. They also have a washer in the room as well, located on the balcony, which was super convenient as well.
