Summary: Our stay was okay, but honestly we expected more from a hotel in this category. On the positive side, we really appreciated the honeymoon champagne, and the front desk staff, transfer team, and valets were all helpful and polite throughout our stay. The room itself and the hotel's infrastructure are excellent. However, the overall service didn't match the standard of other 4- and 5-star hotels we've stayed at, particularly housekeeping. On one occasion, staff walked into our room while we were still inside, despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being on the door. On another day, the room simply wasn't cleaned, and when we called to report it, it took a long time for someone to come. Housekeeping was also inconsistent overall — sometimes the water bottles were replaced, sometimes not — and whenever we requested water, it took a long time to arrive. The Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay as well. Overall, guest support fell short of what we expected. This isn't a hotel where we felt genuinely well taken care of, which is disappointing given the price point and category.
