Positive: We liked everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has air conditioning which we needed during our stay. The host, Raffaele, was very helpful and generous. He picked a bag of figs for us before we left. The WiFi worked well. There is a security system for the gates and front door, so we felt very safe. The area is rural, so it didn’t seem to be a high crime area. We would like to return when we can stay longer.
Negative: If we stayed longer, we would like to use a microwave. We didn’t see one in the apartment. It is good to keep in mind that the kitchen and living room is communal. We were the only guests there so we had exclusive use of the common area. It can be different when other people are staying there. This is just to keep in mind.
Summary: Casa Maria is welcoming, comfortable and in a beautiful location.
