Positive: The location of the house was very nice. The house was generally clean.

Negative: We couldn't take a shower for 3 days because there was no hot water in the bathroom! We couldn't light a fire because there weren't enough materials to light a fireplace. There was no internet. There was only a little diluted soap in the bathroom. We asked the landlady for extra soap and she gave it to us. Also, the coffee machine wasn't working properly. (Nespresso. It was leaking water and couldn't place the capsules properly) We asked for a cafetera. She said she would look into it. But she didn't get back to us about the issue. In general, the price-performance ratio was negative. Apart from the location of the house, I think we didn't get what we paid for.
