Positive: The hotel is in a perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. The staff are extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was just SUPERB. One of the best buffets I’ve ever had.
Negative: It could use a better cleaning. Although the daily cleaning by the team was excellent, there were damages and dirt that the cleaning staff could not have done anything about, for example stains on the carpet from continuous use or a hole on the entrance wall. The management should invest on having the carpets deep cleaned and on fixing a few other things. It’s a shame to have such a hard-working team and losing points from that.
