Excellent rooftop apartment (with its specificities) is however very large, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing probably the tourist apartment with the best view of the bay, harbor, town and mountain, and the closest to the magnificent Bay of Câmara de Lobos and Ilhéu. Just a few meters from the bay, beach and seaside area and the promenade always by the sea access to Praia Formosa, Lido and Funchal (a walk from Attic Bay to Funchal on the promenade by the sea takes about 1 hour and you can enjoy a drink on one of the many terraces along the way)
Situated in the south part of the island, its temperature is always very pleasant on average 23 degrees throughout the year.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at Attic Bay! The property was just as described and the location was beyond perfect. We felt we were in the heartbeat of Camara de Lobos. We didn’t have a car but were able to do all the top attractions through tours, walking or busses. The grocery store was so close and we had excellent recommendations for dining from our host. We were greeted personally and had beverages in the apt gifted to us by Gabriel. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels and blankets. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
