Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: first of all i must say communication with the host was perfect, he speaks perfect English and was ok with our late arrival caused by delayed flight. the room was spacious and localisation is very good, walking distance from the night market and good cafes and restaurants.
Negative: now the cons… i specifically booked a room with a balcony because im claustrophobic and i need a window. unfortunately our room was located on the ground floor with no window and no balcony at all, therefore no daylight:(( we stayed here only one night but i woke up all the time super anxious in the dark. second thing, the walls were so thin and the room was literally in front of the main door so we heard all the guests coming from the city late in the night talking loudly… and in the morning- the construction site right next o the hotel started making its own noises. this was the worst night in thailand :(( in case you wondered why i didnt contacted the owner about getting the wrong room - we arrived late at 11pm because of delayed plane and it was the last room. we stayed only one night and left early in the morning.
