Positive: Good location near Barton Springs. We had a car so needed something with parking. Comfortable space.

Negative: The unit was clean but some deep cleaning stuff and some touch ups need to be done.

Summary: Quiet comfortable space conveniently located for walks, short drive into downtown Austin.
