Positive: Our host was terrifically flexible and responsive, allowing us to check in/leave our luggage early, and the fridge was stocked with milk and OJ, fruit, even cheese and deli meats! The location was fabulous, right near Westminster Abbey and Big Ben (and our conference site), and there was a great street right there with a wide variety of food stalls set up during the weekdays, plus a grocer right on the corner. Perfect! Three bedrooms, which was helpful once our daughter joined us, and a small but well-stocked kitchen.

Negative: The location was a little tricky to find until we figured out the layout, but it was a terrific find. We'd stay again in a minute. Thank you!
