Positive: The house is simply furnished but we had everything we need except bedlinen and towels. The house was clean and all appliances were in working condition. We liked the quiet location by the seaside.

Negative: The absence of bed linens and towels is a major inconvenience, especially for air travelers unable to bring these items, unlike those driving. This was not clearly disclosed during booking, leading us to choose this property over a hotel. The host referenced the managing company’s website for details, but expecting guests to search through fine print across multiple pages is impractical. While the cleaning fee was transparently communicated, a detailed breakdown of what it covers would be helpful, especially since guests are expected to clean or face a $100 charge. The electricity cost adds to the burden. Transparent, all-inclusive pricing would significantly enhance the experience.
