Positive: I very much enjoyed my stay at The Bluebird condo. It's a bright and beautiful place. It's one of the units that backs up against a field where there were often deer and wild turkeys. In the late spring the male turkeys put on quite a show! It is well furnished and comfortable and my dog loved that she could lay on the floor and look out the sliding door.
Negative: This is not the fault of the management company, but a previous guest put away dirty dishes rather than washing them. I ended up taking most of the dishes out of the cupboard and the flatware out of the drawer and running it through the dishwasher before using anything. I don't know why they didn't just run the dishwasher before leaving. Speaking of which, my only issue with the owner is that when you leave they ask you to strip all the linens off the bed, put the towels in the washer and start a load, take out your trash, and run the dishwasher - all of which is not uncommon these days and really not a problem - except that in addition to a hefty cleaning fee they charge a housekeeping fee. I didn't appreciate being asked to do the housekeeping while being charged a housekeeping fee.
