Positive: I was flying in for just the day for a wedding and did not plan my travel well from Kochi into Alleppey and Bobby was so helpful and kind, proactively getting train & cab information and sharing that with me that helped me plan things out last minute. Nice quaint place. After reaching he also helped me find a good local place for lunch, took me on his scooter and then all the way to the floor the restaurant was on. Very helpful and kind!
Negative: Only 1 single thing to point out is that there's a noticeably moldy smell inside the property but I think most places where there's regular rainfall is that way. Perhaps maybe keeping windows open to let fresh air in would be good.
Summary: Nice and quiet place in the middle, would definitely book here again.
