Positive: The owner is exceptionally kind and welcoming, which makes the stay feel both personal and comfortable. We actually stayed here last year as well, so this is our second time choosing this place, and that in itself says a lot about how satisfied we are. It truly feels good to return to somewhere you know you will be well taken care of. Since we had stayed here before, we were also kindly allowed a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. It gave us a much more relaxed departure and showed their flexibility and consideration for returning guests. The staff are genuinely warm and thoughtful. They always ask politely before entering the room to clean, making sure it suits us first. That level of respect and attentiveness creates a very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay.
