Positive: The staff are helpful, and the cleaning is very good. The location is lovely, great for walking but still close enough to the town centre. The breakfasts are very nice, great quality ingredients.

Negative: The rooms feel quite tired, they're all wood panelled with few soft furnishings so quite noisy. We found the facilities are a bit odd. There's a double hob and sink in each room, but when we asked if we could have plates or a pan we were told that it's only for heating baby food which didn't make a lot of sense. Had to 'borrow' a kettle and cups from them as there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Just all felt a bit confused and poorly thought out.

Summary: Beautiful location with nice staff, but a bit underwhelmed by the hotel.
