Positive: 1. Very spacious, nicely decorated room 2. tidiness and cleanliness (except the kettle) 3. availability of kitchen appliances and cutleries 4. comfortable bed 5. beautiful view 6. Room temperature is easily adjustable 7. Helpful and professional team that is willing to improve

Negative: 1. The kettle was extremely dirty that it kept releasing dirt in the water even after several boils 2. Bath robe was not available in the room 3. The bathroom's vanity area is too small 4. The hotel doesn't offer transportation services 5. inadequate cosmetics for the price paid (no body lotion, conditiiner nor vanity kit) 6. overpriced minibar items
