There’s ample space for boat-trailer parking, and for extended stays, guests may request access to the boat lift (owner approval required). The public boat ramp is within walking distance from the home.
Outdoor Living:
Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, the property feels like a secluded island oasis. Sip morning coffee by the water, cast a line from the dock, or take a leisurely ride around Matlacha using the owner-provided bicycles. After a day of fishing, you can clean your catch at the cleaning station along the dock, and if you bring kayak, you'll appreciate the stairs down to the water to help you launch off the sea wall.

Accessible only by boat are the exquisite beaches of Cayo Costa State Park, a great boat ride from the cottage.
