Positive: We booked this property as it was dog friendly and for the hot tub. The garden is huge which is great for dogs, really well fenced so no worries about an escapee. The hot tub was lovely and the beds were so comfortable, couldn't believe the size of the main bed, it was huge! Lovely gifts on arrival for us and the dog, towels left for us all to use in bathroom, for hot tub and dog towels! Washing machine and dryer in the property which was great after visits to the beach, didn't need damp sandy clothes lying about. WiFi signal was perfect, (very important if you have a 12 year old boy who wants to play online, watch YouTube etc!) We even had christmas decorations put up for our stay which was very thoughtful. The area is very quiet with just a village shop and pub within walking distance, small town about a ten minute drive away and need to travel further for more so if you're looking for a quiet place away from hustle and bustle this is for you.

Negative: Honestly there was nothing we didn't like, sometimes I would've liked an extra plug socket for chargers etc but really if that's all I've got to comment on that shows how great this place is.
