Positive: The place is very beautiful and extremely clean. The receptionist was excellent and very welcoming with a great smile. Everything was well-maintained."

Negative: The only downside is the noise insulation. When the neighbor uses the bathroom sink, there is a very loud and disturbing noise. Other than that, everything was great."

Summary: Everything was beautiful; it would be better if the insulation issue is fixed in the future."
