Summary: We booked last minute and chose the Hotel because of the classical building, location and particularly air conditioning. The location and building were great. Breakfast service was terrible, there was adequate staff, just had no concept of service or guests needs. There was a 25 minute delay before we could get our order in, restocking of fresh fruit on the buffet didn’t happen. There was a guest’s revolt through the dining room because of the diabolical experience. Air conditioning was not working, we let the Hotel know, but it was not fixed during our stay, portable fans appeared as promised, but the dust released into the room made the next night’ sleep awful, we were not kept updated or offered another room, so we cancelled our last night and went elsewhere. I will not stay at this hotel in the future.
