Ca’ Flisvos is located at one end of the seaside stepped garden which also bearing a 19th century timber house in which the owners of the property live.
The house is located just above the Çamakya beach, with a panoramic sea view. It is a very calm and quiet place apart from the seagull sounds and the ‘flisvos’ of the beach. It is a nice place for thinking, writing, sleeping and looking far away by doing nothing.
The house is 70 square meters in total, with a ground floor of 50 square meters and a mezzanine of 20 square meters.
The house has a large terrace with facilities as dining outside, barbecue, hammock etc.
The house is 8-10 minutes walking distance from the pier.
