Positive: For chekcin - Lockbox was easy to use - initially we were worried as our flight got in past the final time for the key collection but didn't realise there was a lockbox - would be good to let people know that is an option so we didn't have to stress about it Location is amazing, and host was responsive The terrace is great and all the room have good aircon, kitchen had everything needed, wifi was good

Negative: The downstairs room smelt of damp a bit, and the sheets in the top floor double room smelt of damp as well Also parking is very hard at the flat - I think you should warn people not to get a large car. We had a car for 5 people and it took us 20 minutes to turn the car around from the house parking space and we still scratched the car - it is not big enough to drive down

Summary: View is excellent and location right by the beach. It is a 25min hike up to Deia so a car is a must!
