Positive: The location was good right next to the duomo and the staff were really friendly and amazing.
Negative: It was not at all like the photos, there was a weird smell in the room that did not leave, the bathrooms smelled mouldy, and there was water on the floor. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was minimal and not that good.
