Positive: I love the balconies, I love that it was enough for everyone to sleep comfortably and the location was close to a convenience store.

Negative: The hot tub, wouldn't get hot. It stayed luke warm at best. Not sure if I was it was malfunctioning or if it was a human error.

Summary: Great Family property!
