Summary: We stayed as a family group, 5 people in total for a week-long stay. We can only describe our stay as exceptional and highly recommend the property to other travellers. Maureen the manager went above and beyond to assist us and provided an outstanding level of service. Prior to our stay she answered numerous questions about the property and the locale, always prompt on replying to emails, as well as assisting us in booking airport transfers to and from the property. In addition, our transfer driver, Mr Petrovic was punctual, friendly and helpful. Maureen was caring, courteous and delivered a level of service far beyond our expectations. We give high praise for all the staff associated with this property. Andes, who managed the kitchen and the breakfast service was a delightful person. He always greeted us with a smile, was polite, considerate and cooked the most delicious breakfast for us each morning. Nothing was too much trouble! The property was exceptionally clean, housekeeping done to a high standard, with water coolers available on each floor. Every area of the hotel was clean and tidy - a credit to the housekeeping team. The pool and the undercover lounge area was a great way to relax after a busy day. We highly recommend this charming property and the outstanding staff that made our stay so memorable. We would definitely stay there again!!
