Positive: Apartment is very spacious, with a huge balcony, very will equipped with everything that one would need for a short (or not so short) stay. Building itself is in the outskirts of the small town of Montale, but center of the town is easily reachable by a 10-minute walk. Surroundings are very nice and green. House was clean, wifi was good, communication with the owner and check-in/check-out process were smooth.

Negative: Nothing. We liked everything.
