Positive: Staff at the local office were very good -- efficient and friendly
Negative: It was confusing to see first, in the Booking and Vacasa online ads/postings pictures of swimming pool, tennis courts and a basketball court, but when I called beforehand to confirm that, we were informed that we would not have access to the pool or tennis courts, which was disappointing. The same was noted in a follow up written message. Luckily, we brought our gear anyway because when we arrived, we found that we would have access after all!... Clearer and more consistent info on that front would be much appreciated.
