Positive: The location is perfect, on a quiet area of South Beach, conveniently located on walking distance from cafes, restaurants and the beach. The room is very clean and wide enough. They have a partnership with a place to get beach chairs near to 4th Street. Despite there is no one at the hotel location, they are very attentive and friendly through the WhatsApp. I would definitely stay there again.
Negative: The shower stall is open and you need to be careful to not make a mess in the bathroom.
