Summary: Very accommodating hosts. Allowed us to check in early, and responded quickly to any messages we sent on WhatsApp. Everything in the property was as described. Excellent central Cardiff location. Good quality bathroom and shower. The TV with subscription services was especially welcome. Our only complaints were that it was too hot during our stay, and they didn't have a fan to give us on the first night; and the mattress is very well worn in the middle, so coupled with the heat it wasn't a comfortable sleep the first night. However, they did give us a fan the second night, so it was better.
