Our house is located in the green belt of Leipzig. The city center is approximately 15 km away. The city of Leipzig naturally invites you to cultural visits to the opera, the Gewandhaus, theater, cinema and the like. V. M. on. The 2 bedrooms are each upstairs with large double beds. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also in the basement. We would like to point out that in the winter months the kitchen is heated with underfloor heating, the entrance area and the upper floor with a hot fan and the bathroom with ceiling heating. However, it may be necessary to additionally heat with the existing fireplace. Firewood is of course available free of charge for an unlimited period. Installers are also very welcome.
