A mobile island gives you extra counter space and storage. The living room has dining area and a dedicated workspace which is ideal for remote working guests. The bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet. The bathroom and bedroom have doors for extra privacy. Washer/dryer are provided in the unit. You have your own outdoor sitting area with umbrella and chairs to lounge. Other highlights of the ADU include High speed internet, cable TV, free access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video.
