Positive: It's a great place and I would love to come back!
Negative: During our stay the ground floor bathroom sink was clogged, that was really annoying because it should be a simple repair. The bath was leaking (that wasn't an issue at all because the large shower was next to it and there was no need to use the bath). I found out about the leak only accidentally when kids ran water into the bath. And what did I find really uncomfortable? It was the inside stairs with no bannister.
