Positive: Location near my conference at the Ritz. Very well-appointed. The owner has a real feel for hospitality. This was much more comfortable than I pricey room at the Ritz and I was made to feel like a welcome guest in someone’s home. The owner lives in one of the other units of the triplex. Nice to have her on premises but I had total privacy with my own entrance, parking spot and patio.
Negative: Didn’t have enough time to spend much time in it or at nearby beach.
Summary: Sunny, renovated studio stones throw from beach and nearby Ritz Carlton
