3 Bedroom Condo with Air Conditioner, Parking and Bedding

Forest service inspired Lookout Townhome with private elevator and commanding mountain views just minutes from downtown and the U of M.
The property adjoins city open space and the Us West Trail connecting Mount Jumbo to the lower Rattlesnake, and there is Clark Fork River access a 1/4 mile away to paddle board, swim or tube.
The Main level consists of a garage with laundry area, and a separate garage/activity room. There is a private elevator (46"x35") access to levels.
The Second level features a spacious kitchen with a gas jenn air downdraft, modern stainless steel appliances, and a 6 person dining area with a sliding patio door to a bbq deck backing up to Missoula open space and Mount Jumbo. There is also a modern workspace/office with a wireless color printer off the kitchen.
The second level also features a step down living room with access to an outside concrete patio area. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on this level, with multiple balcony areas overlooking Mt Sentinel. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed and a twin.
The Third level highlights the lookout suite with a King bed and pull out sleeping couch (full bed). You'll enjoy a spacious walk in Tile shower with his/her bathroom sinks, and dual and a corner patio glass system that opens to nature and city open space. There is also an adjustable height computer work station in this suite.

Summary: The views were incredible. The condo had lots of natural light. Plenty of room for our party of 4. The condo backs up to mountain and the beauty is like no other. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed for our stay, the beds were comfortable, and primary shower is massive. Great communication and instructions regarding property. Primary bedroom is spacious. There are stairs but this condo has an elevator for someone in need. My daughter loved this feature. You will not be disappointed by staying here. We would definitely stay here again.
