Charming, updated condo located within Waterville Estates - just 10 minutes from I-93 in Campton, NH.
Our beautiful Community Recreation Center is 3 minutes from the condo. The owners provide 1 guest pass which allows you entry to the facility and the others on your party pay a fee. Children 7 years of age and younger are free. Be sure to bring your own beach towels as they are not provided.

Summary: The house overall was good, close to skiing and enough space. We were supposed to rent this house with friends who ended up not being able to make it at the last moment. The house would have been tighter than optimal with another couple, especially since the master on the ground floor is directly connected to the only bathroom. The community center left much to be desired which was unfortunate, definitely bring your own towels, they charge 3 for a towel and we didn't go down with our wallets so we had to walk back mostly damp in 10F weather.
