We are happy to welcome you to Vista de Palma, our new 1 Bedroom-1 Bath luxury condo in the Zona Romantica- just steps away from Los Muertos Beach, Restaurants, Shopping and Nightlife.
D'esire has an incredible rooftop with a large, heated infinity pool, spa, swim up bar and ample space to lounge in the sun or shade. The rooftop enjoys panoramic views of the ocean, city and mountains... spend the day relaxing by the pool and then enjoy the famous Vallarta sunsets and nightly fireworks!
Condo Vista de Palma was just completed and we are welcomed our first guests in the Fall of 2022. We have furnished the condo as our vacation home and included designer touches like custom made furniture, an upgraded Kitchen with an island and breakfast bar plus wall to wall sliding glass doors that open to the large balcony making the space ideal for indoor-outdoor living!
The open concept Living Room-Kitchen has a comfortable sofa and a 55" Smart TV with Soundbar and Apple TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has natural quartz counters, full sized stainless steel appliances and a large island that works well for cooking, baking or entertaining. We love to cook and bake, so you'll find that the Kitchen has more than just the basics items you'd typically find in a vacation rental. The French Door Refrigerator also has an ice maker with purified water. This space features central air conditioning and a super quiet ceiling fan for the warmer months.
On the Balcony, you'll find a two lounge chairs with custom made cushions and a Dining Table for 4. The condo faces west towards the ocean and enjoys peak-a-boo views of the bay.
The private Bedroom is secluded at the back of the condo and it has a custom made King Sized Bed with a premium pillow top mattress and luxury cotton bedding. This room also has a 40" Smart TV, Desk, built-in drawers and ample closet space along with a secure digital safe for your valuables and documents. The Bedroom has a separately controlled mini-split air conditioner for your comfort and another super quiet ceiling fan.
The adjacent bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower with rain shower head. We have cotton towels, a hair dryer and top quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided to make your packing a little lighter!
There is an ensuite washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. We also have beach and pool towels for your use.
Connectivity and Entertainment
We have high speed fibre optic internet from Totalplay with 120 mb/sec download speed. To date, we have had reliable service with no down time. Wifi is also available on the rooftop and in the gym.
The Living Room TV has a streaming service with Live and Premium TV Channels from the US and Canada. We've also pre-installed Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime on both TV's if you'd like to sign in and enjoy any of your own subscriptions.
Building Amenities
D'esire is a new, luxury condominium completed in 2022. The building has a secure Lobby with a 24 hour concierge and a fully equipped and air conditioned gym on the mezzanine level. All water in the building is treated and safe to drink.
The rooftop amenity space includes a large, heated infinity edge pool, spa, swim up bar with a bartender-mixologist and ample space to lounge in the sun or shade. There is a dining area, couches, lounge chairs and large double sun beds. The rooftop has panoramic views of Banderas Bay, the City and Mountains and it's a great spot to enjoy during the day and then come back for the famous Vallarta Sunsets and Nightly Fireworks. Note: Pool will be closed for maintenance from September 2 to September 9, 2025. Rates have been reduced for these dates.
