Positive: The location is amazing, and the team on property is truly great—welcoming, accommodating, and attentive to everything you need. The restaurant food is exceptional, with everything we tried being delicious and very reasonably priced. You can eat affordably for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which is a huge plus. Being right on the beach makes access incredibly easy and convenient. I’ve stayed here several times over the past 20 years, and it’s been great to see how much the public areas have been elevated and improved over time. While the guest rooms are more basic, the overall experience, service, and amenities make the stay very enjoyable.

Negative: The seaside rooms felt more musty and dated, and the air conditioning sometimes made the rooms feel moldy. The bathrooms in those rooms were also less than ideal. We moved to the two-story rooms, which were an improvement and felt like a nicer upgrade. Overall, the rooms could benefit from modernization, especially considering the price point. That said, the amenities on property help balance this out, and realistically, you’re mostly just in the room to sleep.
